Brittany Bradley, MA, ALC

Therapist/Office Manager

Hi! Are you an exhausted parent or guardian looking for someone to help your son, daughter, or non-binary child navigate life-friendships, social media, peer pressure, experimenting with drugs, sex and teen pregnancy, accountability, or manage their anxiety well? Are you a young adult in college needing help getting adjusted to a new environment, independence, choosing a career, and/or following your purpose and passion in life? I have mentored pre-teens in middle school, teens in high school, and young adults (18-24) for over 10 years, in both individual and group settings. Navigating finding your purpose, being authentically you, managing social pressures from social media, or being exhausted by family conflict is not easy, and I’m here to help! I have also worked with teens with disabilities to navigate challenges associated with relationships, school, and work. These are my areas of specialty and I can’t wait to have in-person or telehealth counseling sessions with you soon, where person-centered therapy is my philosophy of counseling.

I’ve been a part of the Elite Counseling team as the office manager, but I am elated to join the clinical side. I have my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a certificate in Marriage, Family, and Couples’ Counseling from The University of Alabama at Birmingham. My Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Minor in Human Development and Family Studies are from The University of Alabama.

I am credentialed as an ALC pursuing my LPC. My counselor supervisor is Jeffrey Moore, PhD, LPC-S, NCC, ACS, BC-TMH, Clinical Director of JR Moore and Associates.

Tangie McCray, MSW, LICSW

Therapist

Sometimes life may seem overwhelming and difficult to manage. Deciding to seek therapy is the first step in getting a balance on things. Together we can find solutions to life’s challenges.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 10 years of social work experience in the areas of social services, substance abuse, therapeutic foster care, infectious disease, and mental health. I have experience treating individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, marital conflict, grief, and an array of other mental health challenges.

I meet individuals where they are and allow them to govern treatment; as individuals are experts of their own lives. I listen to each individual with a compassionate heart and open mind. I provide a safe and welcoming space for each person to speak freely without judgement or bias. I treat clients with kindness, respect, and acceptance. Unconditional positive regard is the technique that guides my practice.

Thank you for being brave, prioritizing your mental health, and deciding to seek therapy. I am here to help you grow and become a better version of yourself.

I understand that moving forward into new beginnings requires courage and perseverance. I am passionate about guiding people into a time of healing and re-discovery. C.S. Lewis says, “You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.” Whether someone is struggling with addiction, family issues, or crippled by grief or trauma, it is my desire to help them realize that they are not defined by past experiences or current situations, but instead capable of freely walking into opportunities for growth. I want people to feel free to share as they will genuinely be listened to and not judged so that they may be ushered into healing and new beginnings.

I am a licensed independent clinical social worker. I received my Master of Science degree in social work with a specialization in direct practice.
I have over
8 years of experience working in the field of social work in direct practice related to individuals, groups, and families. I have used Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness Therapy, and other treatment modalities to address patient’s needs.
